What we know so far about Woody Allen’s Untitled Project starring Ellen Page and Jesse Eisenberg

• Due to film in Rome in July 11 for (at least) 3 months

• Loosely inspired by Giovanni Boccaccio’s ‘The Decameron’
  
  
• Not a romantic comedy but broad comedy
  
  
• The film may be a set of 4 stories. 2 American, 2 Italian that never intersect but both set in Rome
  
  
• Will possibly be titled ‘The Wrong Picture’ or ‘Bella Ciao (Hello Beautiful)’. Working title is ‘Bop Decameron’ for now
  
  
• Small bit of plot where Woody Allen and wife (in the film) goes to Rome because their daughter is going to marry an Italian boy that she met there.  They’re going over to meet him and his family.
  
  
• Roberto Benigni, Woody Allen, Judy Davis, Penelope Cruz, Alec Baldwin, & Jesse Eisenberg to star
  
  
• Penelope Cruz may play Roberto Benigni’s wife lol
  
  
• Many Italian actors to be cast as well as Riccardo Scamarcio, Isabella Ferrari and Sergio Rubini, who are in talks apparently
